DeskSpider 1.1.23 is free software for 64-bit Windows. It may receive fixes and new features in later releases. Third-party component notices and licence texts are available on this site’s “Third-party notices” page. Back up important files before working with them.
Authorised connections
Use it only on computers you own or have permission to access. Do not share your ID or password with strangers. For occasional help, approve a request from someone you trust. Unattended access requires prior setup and a password. You can end a session from the computer receiving help.
Activation and operation
The current version requires an activation key to provide support. Request one at fexsolutions@fexsolutions.com. Activation does not require a paid licence. Receiving help does not require a key. Both computers need Internet access and available connection services. Continuous availability and compatibility with every configuration are not promised.
Liability and components
The software is provided as it is, without additional warranties beyond those required by law. These terms do not exclude any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Respect confidentiality and data protection requirements when accessing other computers. See the licences in the avisos-terceros folder.
